Thank you for registering for the 2024 Cardinal Basketball School hosted at Wesleyan University. Confirmation of the session(s) you registered for can be found on your PayPal receipt sent to the email address you provided to PayPal. PLEASE NOTE: Your PayPal receipt is your official notification that payment has been received and that your child is officially enrolled in the sessions that you selected.
FULL DAY CAMP INFORMATION
Each session runs 9am – 4pm Monday through Thursday. For our FULL DAY CAMPS only, we will need a completed MEDICAL FORM on file for your son to participate in the camp. PLEASE BRING YOUR MEDICAL FORM THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP. You can use this medical form or a similar form you may have from another program. IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU KEEP A COPY OF YOUR CHILD’S MEDICAL FORM SO YOU CAN SUBMIT IT NEXT YEAR OR FOR OTHER PROGRAMS. We will not keep medical forms on file from previous years.
IF you need our TRAINER to hold any medication, epi-pen etc you must contact me directly for a copy of our Medication Authorization form.
DROP OFF/PICK UP
Please park in the Q lot behind the fire station next to the Freeman Athletic Center (161 Cross St is our GPS address) and enter through the upper level bridge entrance (next to the outdoor track and turf football field). Take the stairs on the left in the lobby to get to the Silloway Gymnasium floor. We ask that you do not bring your own basketball – we provide plenty of basketballs for all sessions.
